So... summer has just began. The birds are chirping, the sun is shining...
And I have IB summer homework, which includes CAS and the English reading list, plus some math homework. Lovely.
Oh, well. I can't exactly complain; I signed up.
So this blog is not going to be a witty (well... I'll try to be witty. It's failing, isn't it?) rendition of my favorite foods or music or the celebrity name game. No, not even my political views will make it onto this blog, though we all know everyone wants to talk politics.
If you were expecting some sort of, oh, I don't know, Ode to Ponies and Unicorns or something, then I apologize. This is blog is much more interesting.
This is a documentation of one girl performing a whopping 150 hours of Creativity, Action, and Service in order to earn an IB Diploma when she graduates from high school. It will happen over the course of two years, if all goes well, and follow me through creative acts, lovely exercise, and community service/volunteer work.
Despite the steep commitment, I'm actually really excited. I'll get to do some fun arts projects for the creativity hours, which will probably be my favorite category. Maybe I'll even get into a team sport or something for the action category. Posibilities are endless.
I probably won't start right away, seeing as I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do, but since this is a blog, I'll keep posting.
